People say that when they wake up in the morning, they are not hungry. That's right, where and how will the appetite be? You sleep at night, with a full meal, and the next morning you are not hungry!
Shouldn't it be empty before refill?
So the importance of fasting here begins. According to physiology, the particles and particles of our body are made up of cells, so if we leave our stomach empty for sixteen hours, it is not possible to get sick. Because, in those sixteen hours, each of our army cleanses cells, dead cells and pancreas, so where does the illness come from? But if we eat anything in the same sixteen hours, our body must first dissolve that new diet. And then time will pass and most importantly, the energy stored in the form of fat or dead cells or epithelial cells will not be processed. Nothing complicated ... all the math is just sixteen hours long. And your stomach is definitely capable of solving math, but only if it is left blank. Otherwise our stomach will solve the new math first, because it will be easier to solve the new math than the old complicated math.
Now some of us will say, who can starve for sixteen hours? The answer is everybody ... anyone.
Let's just assume that you are currently dining at 11 o'clock every night. Still some breakfast before nine in the morning is definitely not possible. How many hours has it been here? ............
Ten hours, and if you've eaten before sunset, as in the previous discussion? Hold on for five o'clock, doesn't your body get sixteen hours?
One hundred percent, this is not achievable for anyone in a single day.
